Can I cancel or change my ticket after purchase?

Yes, it is possible to change the reservation date. Depending on how long you request the change. If the ticket is canceled with at least 3/4 days of the total amount the company keeps 50% of the cost, when changing the departure in advance nothing is deducted, the payment is transferred to the next departure. If the ticket is canceled one day before the departure, the company keeps 70% from the cost of the ticket, and at the change of the ticket it is necessary to pay 30% from the cost of the ticket.

What documents are needed to travel?

For traveling, you will need a valid passport and in case you have a visa open you are welcome.
In the case of a minor child with a Ro passport, a declaration from the second parent is required, in the case of a child with a Biometric passport, it is sufficient for the child to be accompanied by only one parent.

Are there discounts for children?

Yes, we offer discounts for children, the discount is 33% of the ticket price.

What happens if the bus is canceled?

If the bus is canceled, you will be notified by e-mail or phone call from the operator. You will also have the option to receive a replacement ticket for the next trip.

What is the maximum size and weight of luggage?

50 kg of free baggage is included in the price of the ticket, excess baggage is charged €1 per kg, if you have a larger amount of baggage please discuss this with one of our operators.

Can I transport pets?

Of course, it is possible to accompany your pet on the trip, it must be in good papers, please consult a vet and also be transported in a pet bag. This will be charged 67% of the ticket price.

Is there Wi-Fi and plugs on board buses?

Our coaches are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable journey. Wi Fi, from Romania to Destination.
There are 220 W and USB sockets on board the coach.

What do I do if I missed the bus?

It's best to let the operator know about this, it may be possible to wait a few minutes, but otherwise the reservation will be transferred to the next flight and you will be charged an additional 30% of the ticket price.
